Order from the Competition Commission of India from NTN
<p style="text-align: center;"><img src="/ueditor/php/upload/image/20211027/1635320015139788.png" title="1635320015139788.png" alt="3.png"/></p><p>Please be advised that on October 21, 2021 (IST), NTN Corporation has received an order from the Competition Commission of India (hereafter, CCI), the Indian competition authority, that no case of contravention of the provisions of the Act with respect to the Bearings (Automotive and Industrial) market can be made out and as such, the matter is directed to be closed forthwith.</p><p><br/></p><p>Since December 2015, CCI has been conducting the investigation on NTN Corporation for suspicion of the violations of the Indian competition law regarding bearing business and we have been cooperating with such investigation.</p><p><br/></p><p>NTN Corporation will continue promoting business activities through fair and faithful competition by globally strengthening a system for thorough compliance with laws and regulations, social norms, ethics, and in-house rules, etc.</p><p><br/></p>
