Therefore, since the beginning of the pandemic, the company has worked out a constantly adjusted and updated internal pandemic plan in close cooperation with the works council. This provides for the following regulations with immediate effect:</p><p><br/></p><p>In those cases in which the pandemic plan stipulates that a mask must be worn, a medical face mask is sufficient. This means that an existing regulation remains.</p><p><br/></p><p>If COVID-19 cases or new variants occur at Schaeffler locations, it is mandatory to wear FFP2 masks. This applies as soon as employees of the location or close contact persons such as members of the household of employees at the location are affected.</p><p><br/></p><p>The obligation to wear a mask applies to all employees without distinction, so that for the time being there is no relief with regard to the wearing of FFP2 masks for fully vaccinated persons.</p><p><br/></p>
