Donation goes to the parish of St. Magdalena in Herzogenaurach
Funds are used in the Herzogenaurach Children's and Family Fund
The Schaeffler Bigband donated the proceeds from the Advent concert last December to the parish of St. Magdalena. This time, the concert in the church raised 4,200 euros. Pastor Helmut Hetzel accepted the symbolic donation check at Schaeffler's headquarters in Herzogenaurach.
Help for needy families in Herzogenaurach
The donation will once again benefit the Herzogenaurach Children's and Family Fund. Families and their children, in particular, who are in financial difficulties due to special situations, are intended to facilitate participation in social life. "With a grant from the fund, we can, for example, pay small amounts for kindergarten fees, school trips or music lessons and subsidize membership fees to sports clubs," said Pastor Helmut Hetzel.
