Includes new product for prevention of unwanted odours in car interiors

Creating a comfortable feeling for passengers is a decisive factor for a car manufacturers¡¯ success. Noise and smell emissions in the interior can easily compromise that feeling. Especially for developers and engineers, Kl¨¹ber Lubrication offers a handy kit with 14 lubricants which are suited to reduce stick-slip effects and thus reduce noise. The new version of this kit now includes the new Kl¨¹berplex RA 41-151, which also helps to prevent unwanted odours.
¡°Kl¨¹berplex RA 41-151 emits only a minimum of smell¡±, explains Burak Ildam from the Business Unit Automotive Industry at Kl¨¹ber Lubrication. ¡°It is free of solid lubricants and reduces wear and friction on hard metal surfaces as well as on soft plastic friction points.¡±
Additionally, the new version of the kit includes specially designed applicators, which help to bring the lubricant exactly to the right spot, thus reducing the amount of lubricant needed.
The first version of the kit was introduced in 2015 and received great feedback. ¡°We were able to support many OEMs, especially during new model launch phases¡±, explains Ildam. ¡°Our tailored product range provides excellent assistance for BSR or NVH teams to eliminate undesired noises in new car models.¡±
