Reliable relubrication with air-free grease cartridges
New generation wind turbines are equipped with automatic lubrication systems. These contain grease reservoirs of various sizes that need to be refilled during scheduled maintenance every six months. For reliable operation, it is of the highest importance that no air is transferred to the automatic lubrication systems while refilling the reservoirs. Kl¨¹ber Lubrication offers air-free bellow cartridges produced using an optimized process.

These cartridges, available in 3 and 5 kg packages are compatible with the service relubrication pumps of latest turbine models as well as retro-fits. They are free of air, avoiding malfunction of the lubrication system.
