JTEKT Corporation has launched a new proving ground at JTEKT EUROPE S.A.S (JEU), an European regional headquarter. At the proving ground, we can analysis our products and develop technology.
JTEKT Group works on strengthen our steering technologies and sales management to meet customer¡¯s demand and ADAS; Advanced Driving Assistant System. JTEKT Corporation regards Europe as an important market, so we established proving ground to present European customers our technology and capability.
And we had new proving ground¡¯s ceremony. Mr. Emmanuel MACRON; French Minister of Economy and Industry, Mr. G¨¦rard COLLOMB; President of M¨¦tropole de Lyon came the ceremony. And at the ceremony, we introduced Arma, the first electric driverless public transport vehicle, designed by NAYYA and equipped with 2 Electric Power Steering Systems produced by JTEKT Europe.
As a pioneer of EPS; Electric Power Steering System, JTEKT Corporation continues to develop EPS¡¯s technologies and production capacity in the world.
