Regenerative high-temperature chain oil helps reduce lubricant consumption significantly
Minimization of maintenance and repair costs of conveyer and production chains in the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries
Particularly for the lubrication of oven transport chains for example in large industrial bakeries, Kl¨¹ber Lubrication has developed Kl¨¹berfood NH1 CH 2-460. The new synthetic high-temperature oil dissolves and regenerates residues, which helps reduce maintenance costs significantly. The optimised thermal stability of the new, regenerative chain oil also leads to reduced lubricant consumption.

Kl¨¹berfood NH1 CH 2-460 has been specially designed for conveyor and transport chains in the food and pharmaceutical industries which may come into contact with products and packaging. The new high-temperature oil is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR 178.3570.
