Garlock Acquires Rubber Fab Gasket & Molding
Fluid sealing products manufacturer Garlock, Palmyra, NY, has acquired Rubber Fab Gasket & Molding Inc., Sparta, NJ, through its parent company EnPro Industries (NYSE: NPO). Terms were not disclosed.
The addition of Rubber Fab expands Garlock¡¯s presence and scale in the hygienic market space and complements Garlock¡¯s existing sealing solutions.
