Menon Bearings board declares interim dividend
Menon Bearings has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 11, 2016, has considered and declared interim dividend at the rate of 100% i.e. Re 1 per Equity Share on 4,67,00,000 Equity Shares of Re 1 each for the financial year 2015-16. The said Interim Dividend will be credited/dispatched between March 23, 2016 and March 29, 2016. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11:00 a.m. and concluded at 11.30 a.m.
