Menon Bearings at its meeting held on January 20, 2016, inter alia, has appointed Mr. M. L. Shinde as an Additional Director (Independent) of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f. January 29, 2016 upto January 28, 2021, subject to approval of members in the Annual General meeting of the Company. Menon Bearings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 20, 2016, inter alia, has appointed Mr. M. L. Shinde as an Additional Director (Independent) of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f.
